Monadnock Expandable Baton

The MEB® - Monadnock Expandable Baton – Basic Course is a 4-hour certification program dealing with the blocking and striking capabilities of the straight expandable baton. Topics covered include stance, patterns of movement, baton grip, methods of carry, baton draws, two handed grip blocks, and counter strikes.
