Shipping
Once we receive confirmation of your payment, your items will ship within 2 business days. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping company. All shipping is based on product weight and we provide 3 levels you may choose from based on how fast you wish to receive your purchase.
Returns / Exchanges
We do allow for returns or exchanges under certain circumstances.
- Opened items such as DVD's, Lights, etc that are defective, will be exchanged for the same item.
- Unopened items can be exchanged for a refund.
- Shirts may be returned for a different size if the items have not been worn or washed. If the new size results in a higher price than originally paid, you must pay the difference. Trying on the shirt and finding it doesn't fit does not constitute it being worn, leaving sweat stains does.
- Online courses and downloaded items are non-refundable
- Courses paid for though this site are non-refundable once course is taken. If you do not show up for or do not call informing us that you cannot attend a class, only 50% of the class is refundable.
- Membership Fees are non-refundable.
- We do not refund any shipping fees
- You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase and ship defective items back to us before a replacement will be granted.
- Refunds can be in the form of store credit or refunded back to your credit card / Paypal account.
